Zinc-Nickel

Over the past years, the zinc-nickel process has become one of the most powerful coatings in surface finishing and is primarily used where high corrosion resistance under high thermal stress is required.

Zinc-nickel alloys with 12–16% nickel content are highly temperature resistant. Their greater hardness compared to normal zinc layers is also an important feature, as it reduces the risk of damage.

This process is related to conventional alkaline zinc plating but shows excellent resistance even without post-treatment.

It is suitable for both bulk and rack goods.
