Customer proximity
We accompany our customers in the development of prototypes and contribute in the field of surface treatment and/or material selection. It is natural for us to also process very small series to transition from prototype to series production.

Operations

Quality is in our DNA. We convince our customers with top results, naturally in compliance with deadlines and specifications. All products always undergo various defined control processes. The collected data allows detailed analysis and traceability. Customer-specific quality checks are, of course, implemented.

Flawless & reproducible

We place the highest value on flawless processing of your orders and on reproducible quality according to relevant standards and industry principles.

We ensure compliance with your quality requirements through the following measures:

• Use of tested and certified electroplating processes from selected manufacturers/suppliers
• Manufacturer guarantees for zinc baths, nickel baths, and passivation processes
• Monthly checks of all bath components by the supplier
• Weekly analysis of our zinc baths in our own laboratory
• Keeping a bath log
• Recording bath history via bath data cards

All customer articles and master data are stored in our “Galvanostar” IT system and can be reproduced at any time. We have a company manual that defines, among other things, quality assurance measures. This QA system is not certified.

Quality inspection of the finished component is carried out using corrosion protection values (guaranteed and tested by the manufacturer), coating thickness checks with reports, and dimensional checks according to your instructions. Upon request, we also commission external corrosion protection tests, e.g., neutral salt spray testing (NSS) according to ISO 9227.
